[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

DH did a family Starbucks run. I now have a most excellent Pumpkin Spice Latte.

This afternoon we are taking CJ and his best buddy (a kid to makes my teeth itch) to see Happy Feet. This will be interesting.

So, it turns out that sometimes having had a fine on library books is a good thing.

I checked out a bunch of books over the summer for my Independent Study I'm doing (the one on the Buffistas and the Bronze...yes, I may actually finish this one of these days). Well, I need to re-check out these books. But I couldn't remember the names or authors. And, I can't find my notes from that particular meeting with my prof. Go me! So organized!

So, I finally call the library to see if they keep a history of what I check out. They don't. BUT, they keep a history of what you've paid fines on. And, sure enough! I paid a fine on the book I couldn't remember. GO ME!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Just focus on the penguins. "Let me tell something to joo." Also, I may have gone into hysterics at the Adelie penguins, specifically Ramon. So cute!!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Anybody here ever worn earth shoes? Know how they tend to fit? I generally wear a womens 6 in sneakers, but most of my dress shoes are kids shoes, usually a 3 1/2. I'm thinking about buying these [link] but have no idea what size I should be. 5.5? Maybe?

Oh, dear. The landlord just stopped by to drop something off. At least I'd showered. But, I'm wearing my holey Saturday laundry pants.
