doo doo DEE do, doo doo DEE do...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Trudy, did you go doo-doo?
Sorry. Reflex.
Laura, I don't know how you do it, but I am even more impressed.
t boring diet stuff I swear it is easier to just not eat. When I try and diet I do well until late at night when I am tired and willpower is long gone. Then wine, then bad food. Only one thing allowed takes out the choices, makes it simple. Also, really the fast is as much about fixing the body as it is losing weight. After the fast is done then I can slowly add back healthy food choices. Very much stage one here.
I weighed the same thing for 25 years. Then 2 babies, turning 40, menopause, body chemistry totally screwed. Hoping somewhere my body has the memory of the place it stayed for all those years. This is my shock therapy for the body. t /boring diet stuff
Seany, I'm about to insend to your email.
Any time soon there, Trudes? I'll be leaving to pick up my mom shortly, so not so much with the spending the day in front of the computer today.

The first two pictures from the new camera
BEAUTIFUL!!!
And EM! So Swoopy!
Goofy-grin Aidan was the perfect way to counter-balance the tears from the story about the little Iraqi baby's trip to the hospital. Deena, I hope you have a relaxing, productive day, with not too much pain.
Did not see the dancing Emma, due to being on aged puter.
Hope things go ok for you, vw.
You all should nag encourage Daniel to get a digital camera. I just bought Harvey a Santa-suit at Target.
Not boring, Laura. My diet this week has 1200 calories a day, and by this morning I was wanting to crawl back into bed and not move. No idea how you do it!
