Augh. There is TOO MUCH TO DO.
Especially if I want to actually apply to grad school.
Am trying to be good at work and not be on the intarweb (am currently eating lunch at Panera), adn the Too Much To Do is sorta helping that, but ay! What is NOT helping? The fact that it's been SIXTY THREE DEGREES in teh office all day. Damn. Though for a few minutes before lunch I borrowed a coworker from another section's space heater, and that was super nice (her section of the building is fine today). Stupid old building.
Godspeed, Jack Devine.
Indeed. What an interesting man.
I'm sorry for EM, and especially sorry that Emmett never got to know the man he was.
I'm sorry for EM and Emmett, but I'm so glad that EM's father lived. Thank you for sharing that, Hec.
What everyone said, Hec. Sounds like EM will have lots and lots of wonderful stories to share with Emmett, though.
What an amazing man, David, and that was a wonderful tribute. At least Emmett will learn about his grandad from you. He's very lucky you cared enough to learn and save all those facts. Condolences to EM and Emmett, and to you.
Such a good story, Hec. Condolences to you and EM.
I'm on the first day of my gym's six-week diet program. I've had plenty of food today, so I'm not hungry, but a piece of chocolate would be about the best thing ever right now. Must be strong!
Please to commence with any hairpats now.
