Depends. If the possible trigger is something you want to avoid anyway, assume it is a trigger and use it as an excuse to avoid. If it's something you don't want to give up, test it to make sure.
'Sleeper'
Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
What Fred Pete said. Is the trigger chocolate, sex, or really yummy alcohol, meara? Is it pretty clothes? A favorite product?
f I endorse the FredPete logic
I am out of bed , this feels wrong.
Re: Knives -- I would buy a cheap set, and one nice knife (like a chef's knife) I never realized how much good knives made a difference, and this will help them.
Meara, if the trigger is something that you will encounter fairly regularly, I'd wait until you had some time, say a Sunday afternoon, and trigger. I'm happy to come sit with you while you figure it out. I'll just read a book very quietly :) Not this Sunday, though.
I have some happiness for ita that she went all day without a migraine. That seems like a feat.
ION, I hab a code. Please to send soup, preferably including a handsome young man to deliver it. Also, a nap.
Knives: I'd just buy the good ones, since they are the bombdiggity. Cheap ones are just throwing money away.
To trigger or not to trigger: Depends on what you think it is, and if you can/want to avoid it.
ION: Brrrrrrrrr. Chilly morning here at my desk.
WooHoo!
Ordered groceries early enough this morning that they will be delivered this evening! YAY!
LOVE grocery delivery.
It's my very favorite thing.
especially when you live on the third floor of a walkup.
