[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

if the 80 year olds don't feel like it any more, they get to quit

This right here. No one is stopping Cousin from renting the hall and doing T-giving the way she wants it done.

Thanks, Lee! I just send the email that said you didn't have to do that, but thanks!

I took the day off, slept in, read my book, waiting for the furniture folks to deliver the new dining room table, braved the supermarket with the good produce, and now I'm catching up some here before we head out to dinner.

It's Sparky's birthday?!

It is. My sister and BiL had their birthdays yesterday, and I am today. Poor Mom always had to make Thanksgiving for 20 people and come up with two cakes, often in the same week.

Huh. I didn't get an email. (Seriously) (it wouldn't have stopped me, but still.)

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I took the day off, slept in, read my book, waiting for the furniture folks to deliver the new dining room table, braved the supermarket with the good produce, and now I'm catching up some here before we head out to dinner.

Sounds like a perfect day. Where are you two going.

Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

A friend is having us over for dinner. Her mom (a.k.a. "Grammy," even to us) is in town and she and my DH have a wicked cribbage rivalry.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Happiest of birthdays, Sparky. And continued congratulations on your new position of power. All hail Sparky!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Birthday Happies for Sparky1!!!
