Tep, The Sundays came up on random, not a cry for help or hairpats.
Well, apart from my usual grinchy. It was just a song I had forgotten and liked hearing again.
'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

lib, take juliana up on her offer, she has a lovely mom.
Love that song. It's an insta-earworm for me, but in a happy way.

Good deal.
Note to self: Do not take Benadryl before work when you've slept badly due to a cough. It causes you to zone out on phone calls and dream of strange confrontations on desert roads while you're trying to troubleshoot computer problems.
Very sassy haircut, beth. Embrace the tousled.
JZ's been a whirlwind of productivity this morning. I should make her martinis more often.
She just took the baby and headed out to update our parking sticker.
She was pretty funny describing her trauma at Matilda's shots: "Water kept coming out of her eyes!"
Today I: write write write. Then in the late afternoon: socialize!
Tomorrow I get up early to accompany EM to her court hearing to turn her Temporary Restraining Order into a more permanent one. She was just a wreck when I talked to her yesterday. She's lost like 20 lbs in the last two months stressing from the harassment. And she's only 5'1".
Hec, is the harassment still ongoing?

Nope. He's behaved since he got the temporary restraining order. The dozens of calls a day from a blocked caller ID stopped too.
But she was very freaked that he had escalated into the violence and putting his fist through her window. She's been barricading her door at home - feeling like she's under siege. He definitely put the fear in her.
That's why I'm going. There's no legal reason for me to be there. She just doesn't want to face him alone.
I will have to restrain the urge to pinch his fucking head off. But there will be glaring.
So is he gonna be there to contest the restraining order being made permanent? Or would he not care (assuming that he really does not intend to harass her anymore)?
