Spike: At least give me Wesley's office since he's gone. Angel: He's not gone. He's on a leave of absence. Spike: Yeah, right. Boo-hoo. Thought he killed his bloody father. Try staking your mother when she's coming on to you! Harmony: Well…that explains a lot.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I want the single etruscian earring. I want to wear it in my navel UNTIL I DIE

Oh, Jiilliii . .

Oh my goodness, that's pretty. Look at that lace!

I am giddy with sugar. The 3:00 OMG Writer Freeze Status! emergency meeting turned out to be a ploy to get me into a meeting room and surprise me with a pink sugary birthday cake. Yay cake!

Hey! I haven't reached the spinny-around stage of sugar high yet, so I don't really need wrangling ...

I don't really need wrangling ...

That doesn't mean he may not *want* to do some wrangling . . .

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jilli, did I say Happy Birthday yet? I totally meant to.

Happy Birthday!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Happy Birthday, Jilli!

But I can't afford tutoring like she was taking -- is there any other way I can improve my math skills-- like educational computer program or books or something?

Are you looking to improve arithmetic skills, like she was, or algebra? For arithmetic, I know that the Math Blasters game used to be pretty good, but the current version is several versions past the one that I've seen, and a lot of stuff has changed, so I'm not sure whether it's still good or not. Also, just about any bookstore will have a section (usually either by the parenting books or by the kids books) of math workbooks that'll have just about everything.
