Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired

Yes. Our landlord truly does. The real test of her might will be how she reacts to all of our friends at the XXXmas party.

Thrive to spite them

I was reading Slate the other day and there was a column by this woman who wanted to get better at math and took some fancy Japanese style tutoring course that's usually offered to kids. It got me thinking about how deficient I am in math and how much I hate that. But I can't afford tutoring like she was taking -- is there any other way I can improve my math skills-- like educational computer program or books or something?

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

vw, I don't know if my daughter will go for blue streaks in my hair. Since she does all my coloring for me, I leave it up to her. I might be able to talk her into streaks in a fire engine red, though!

Such beautiful clothes. If it wasn't for the pesky lack of computers and other nifty mod cons, I wouldn't have minded living in times gone by, just for the clothers. Of course, I'd have to marry someone muy rich, the hoi polloi sure didn't wear those kind of clothes.

Teppy, what everyone else said. Fine to be nervous, but be kind to yourself. Boy wouldn't be with you if there wasn't something absolutely unique about you. Could be the fellatio Trudy was talking about, could be the corsets. But it's all of you that he wants, not just the good bits.
