'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

The 'vogs are sometimes lovely, sometimes fugly. Depends on the era.

Vintage 'vogs tend to be to die for.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I need some green and bitter (for me that's Chartruse). I don't want to be a grown up. I want to throw a temper tantrum and be a Mean Girl. I'd be completely in the wrong for being a bitch about this, but right now? I don't care.

Sorry for being vague. My best friend issued a birthday invite to a girl who recently stomped on me pretty hard. I can't go anyway because my sister's play is in another city the same night. Just...If we'd both said yes to the invite? I have about 2 hours of nice.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I just skimmed a couple hundred posts, and the only thing that really sank in is that I now know it's Juliana's fault I'm sick.

Wenchhead.

Oh, also, that I want a hot toddy.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I now know it's Juliana's fault I'm sick.

Them's some powerful viruses to travel that far.

pours green Chartreuse for DJ, hot toddy for Lee, knocks back five shots of Fernet for herself, continues listening to "Living Dead Girl" because she's just that stressed

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

is this what you guys are talking about? Fernet_Branca because, eww? And since I never knock anything until I've tried it, now I'ma have to seek out this vile-sounding shtuff just to see for myself.

Laga, most people consider it amazingly vile the first time they have it. And then they take a second shot, and the buzz kicks in, and everything is okay. It's on the strong-taste-level of Jager or absinthe or chartreuse, and it's a wee bit altering, as well.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Oh dear. I may have to try it as all 3 of those (except the absinthe, which I've only had once) are my only shots of choice.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

juliana! I wore my lace-up boots to the shower Sunday. ABout 4 hours into it, they were KILLING me. I mentioned it, and B's MiL asked me if I had worn them before. I said, "Yeah. I wore them for hours when I was in San Francisco." Then I thought about it. "Then again. I was drunk most of that time."

I strongly dislike Jagermeister, I've never tried Absinthe and I seem to remember liking Chartreuse so it's still up in the air fror me. I take it this is another one of those liquers that tastes like licorice.

HEY! I've been sick since last week, and I saw you just before then!

Of course, it has also been determined (and not just by me) that it was BigLibraryBoss in NY's fault that I got sick.
