Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I meant Club Related Ones, so probably. (I'd link to the Slog post, but I'm lazy and would have to find it.)

Oh, that. Yeah. Club moving and name change drama, oh yay.

In a perfect world, we'd have that teleporter, so that all of you could turn up at the goth club tonight. That would make me soooooo happy.

You know, I would like to take a minute and step back and realize the awesome power of the internet. Without, I wouldn't have met y'all. I probably would not have moved to San Francisco, and I would not have been able to introduce Fernet to many of you.

And we would not be able to collectively pile in a corner and pout that we're not going to Jilli's party tonight whilst sharing our alcoholic beverages of choice.

Truly, we live in a golden age.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

OMG, why would anyone drink Fernet when there is single malt?!?!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, I just saw that Cambridge Brewing Company is doing another Brewer's Dinner in March! [link]

If you do go with TCG, you may be surprised to see that there are several beers you might enjoy. This brewer does a lot of work with barleywines and other delicate styles and flavors...

Thanks! I will have to ask TCG if he is interested. I used to be completely beer avoidant, but TCG buys all different kinds and I do try them, now that I realize they don't all taste like Bud Light. I do like IPAs and Stouts but not usually enough to finish a whole glass.

Really, you're just addicted to the internet and need to interact in the meat world more often--at least, that's what I've heard. t embraces computer

Because some of us are mutants who make the squinchy face when we taste single malt.
