[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

You know, I am genuinely worried about EM, but really? I really really really don't want Emmett anywhere near that kind of crazy.

Of course you are. I hope the restraining order is the end of this.

Always Anti-fascist!

Whoa, Hec. -ma to everyone. Best friends forever? I wish! Maybe he's just looking for a blank slate to create a Yankee fan. Like "Pygmalion" with scratching...maybe he and Danny have a bet going. Is it weird that "The Elephant Man" reminded me of "My Fair Lady?" Connie, I'm sorry for your loss.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

hatin' on temping, part the millionth:

I've been working at a hospital on the north side, another children's hospital. It was in radiology, and it was fine, you know. A little crazy and kind of stressful, but more or less okay. I worked there last week, fine, whatever. Came back today, did a whole mess of filing for eight hours, came home. To a phone call from my temp agency saying they didn't need me back for tomorrow.

What the hell? As far as I can recall, nothing bad happening, and I didn't get slapped down. I did a considerable amount of work. I was always busy. The only thing that might have been funky was that I was listening to music while I was doing the filing (it required no interaction with other people, and no one told me to stop doing it, so). And yet.

I don't know if it actually was something personal, or if they just got a couple more people back in the office and didn't need another person there, so I got the boot. But it's going to bug me. And now I have to go wait for the chance of something coming up tomorrow morning. Sigh. Hate!

What is even happening?

Connie, I'm sorry for your loss. Peace you you, your husband and the whole family.

You know, I am genuinely worried about EM, but really? I really really really don't want Emmett anywhere near that kind of crazy.

Also my first thought. My second thought was that you should take him for a few days, at least until you and EM get a handle on how deep the craxy is going to get after the r.o. is served.

Cindy's second thought was my first thought.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

My first one as well, although, I think it's in the same spirit as the first thought of the second part.

What is even happening?

Aimee, do you have a Minister of Disappearing Creeptastic Asshats?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I believe that that would fall under the Minister of Kill the Stupid People.

SEAN! Get with it.
