Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy Birthday, ChiKat!

Happy Birthday, ChiKat!

I dated a smoker for several years, he prefered Marlboros, in fact I have sweat shirt and another jacket that was his he bought with points that I ended up with.
This is how I ended up with one of my racing hats (Marlboro Team Penske, when Paul Tracy drove for them even) that I wore in June. Ditched the girlfriend, kept the hat.

I am on a conference call right now. Go me multitasky! Amusingly, P is on the same call. Baby Julia is fussing at times. It's like visiting the baby without having to bring germs near her.

What is even happening?

Baby Julia! How's she doing? How's P doing?

She's cutely fussing right now. P has had many visitors and then I got sick so I haven't seen them in past couple of weeks.

But hearing her voice right now is making me miss her so I am going to see if we can catch up in a couple of days.

Oh, and she was in a Tigger outfit for Halloween! I should post a picture soon.

- I donated them to Jilli'n'Pete's Burning Man friends instead.

And made them unbelievably happy.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

And made them unbelievably happy.

Cool!

Hookah Fairy!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Thank you all for the birthday wishes! I ran out of work to go to class, then came back and have been working diligently. I decided to take a quick break and got birthday happies! Yay!!

And, yes. 9:30pm. Still at work. Will be for at least 2 more hours. 2 more months. Just 2 more months. Then, I can laugh maniacally when this happens and I'm not here to get stuff out the door.

They still talk about the Hooka Fairy. I'll see if I can find their Burning Man photos.

ChiKat, I hope you get to do *something* fun for your birthday.

I will. I'm going out to dinner with friends on Friday night. I have Friday off work because I have some medical tests scheduled that have been scheduled for over a month and cannot be changed. Also, for these tests, I've been on a pretty restricted diet for 2 weeks. So, Friday will be the day of no work, tests and eating regular food again! And drinking copious amounts of alcohol.

Just in time for me to come back to work on Saturday.
