Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I was going to say... brand, soft v. hardpack, regular v. hundreds. All veyr specific. Back in the day.

Because books.

I had vintage metal Chesterfield case that I kept them in,

::swoons::

I went through a phase of buying vintage cigarette cases when I was at NYU (and had lots of easy access to tempting vintage and antique stores in theVillage), but none of them were ever big enough for 100s, and a lot of them were too rich for my blood. So lovely, though.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

And now I have an odd urge to find out what all the smokers smoke.

Nicole, Brenda, Aimee, everyone else I am forgetting...?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

For current and former smokers - why did you start? Peer pressure? Because it was cool? Something to do?

Actually, I think smoking is cool and I love all the accoutrements (lighters, cases, etc.) so I'd totally do it if it wasn't bad for me. And I've been known to smoke a cig or two when I'm wasted.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

OH! And at the LA F2F, I smoked Kools, because after several beers Thursday night, I really needed them, and MM was kind enough to go on a Kools run for me.

I should note that I've never even LIKED Kools. I just had a craving.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Personally, I find Mountain Dew has a crisper flavor when it comes from a can than from a plastic bottle.

Huh. To me, diet Pepsi is so much better from a plastic bottle than a can.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

When I smoked... cigarettes, I smoked Camel Wides. If I smoked now, I'd smoke American Spirits. I started because I was 15 and working in a diner and also working backstage crew. Seemed a good enough reason as any. Nothing like taking a smoke break at 2 a.m. when you're changing the stage over to take in the sunset.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Ailleann, I'm already bracing for the tears

But I'm thinking maybe some he has to reclaim the throne from his sister after the Fire Lord dies? Or, even better, he gives his life helping the Avatar .

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Me, too! I always feel guilty about thinking that, though.

What's the difference between regulars and 100s? (I can figure out the pack vs. box thing on my own.)
