msbelle, the good news is that it only affects a small percentage of people. I didn't go all whacko, no bad dreams and I was convinced I would. I didn't sleep on the flight, but then, I can't, really. Do you fly direct? Or to Jo'burg first? It's a looong flight. Bring plenty of entertainment/distraction. I seriously would have appreciated a layover, just to get out of the freaking metal tube.
Also good news? You aren't travelling because of a prime tourist attraction. You might actually find spare seats to sprawl on.

I think our flight is London - Amsterdam - Addis. We will be in sleeper seats, so I think I will be ok on room.

not more than usual. I am sad that Derek who I really liked is really such an ass. I totally believe that half his interest in Meredith is "beating" someone else. It make me think that my taste in dating will never be trustworthy.
