Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Speaking of room lighting options:

If you've got a room in your house that never seems to get enough light, has CeeLite got the wallpaper for you. The company's Light Emitting Capacitor (LEC) panels are flexible, paper-thin light bulbs that you can hang on a wall, coming in sizes as large as 3 x 6 feet. Just a millimeter thick, the panels sandwich light-emitting phosphors between layers of electrodes. When an AC voltage is applied, the phosphors light up with a warm white glow, consuming less power than a neon or fluorescent bulb. The panel naturally glows evenly, though you can set them up to dim, glow brighter, or blink like crazy when touched.

Cool. Want.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

You wouldn't happen to have that recipe online somewhere, would you, Aimee? I'm a real fan of anything lemon, especially baked goods.

Hee. It's lemon cake mix with extra eggs. :)

I *do* have a potato peeler! Rock! Thanks, guys!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Extra eggs? I'll try that! (Two, right?)

Um...I can't remember - it's on the side of the cake mix box. OH! Also a packet of pudding.

Mostly lurking...

Aimee cooks/bakes like I do!

Mom was over for a few days. We mostly ate out, but I did cook last night. Dinner? Refrigerated ravioli, Classico sauce, and a bag of Caesar salad mix. I was like, "Mom, I really can cook from something unprepared."

Ooh, me too. If only to have something called a "capacitator" in my home.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Not that I fucked it up, but the color, which is beautiful soft buttery yellow in natural light, has shown an alarming tendency to go all YELLOWYELLOWYELLOW when the lights are on.

Well, I'm glad you sorted it out, but I adore my YELLOW bedroom. I'm not in there that much, and it makes me super happy.

In other news, I saw Mike D on the street!

Oh, it's still yellow, just a slightly different shade.

And the orginal yellow will probably work out in the alcove I bought if for in the first place.

Wait! Not just a capicitor, a lux capacitor!

I slay me.
