Pineapple juice sounds tasty. We tried it in Coke and it wasn't quite right (coconut and cola was a little funky in combination). Also tried it with grapefruit juice but we didn't care for that either. I love rum and I love coconut so I should be loving Malibu.

Coke plus fresh lime juice plus rum = Cuba Libre.
Most citrus things go with Rum. So do sweeter, more lush fruit like the pineapple Tep suggested. Think tropical.
