Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, man. I hope you get out of this as quickly as possible, Aimée and MM.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Thanks, everyone.

It's really a shock. No warning at all.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

I'm sorry, Aimee and Joe.

That sucks.

You know, sometimes I really want to call people up (people with PhDs) and explain to them if they don't report their observations truthfully and accurately, it kinda casts a shadow on their conclusions. I swear, didn't we learn that aspect of science in what? Third grade at the latest?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Huh.

Got up to get another cup of coffee and ended up...painting one of my walls. Not with coffee. Paint. Yellow.

Wonder where that came from?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Whoa.

Republican National Committee Chairman Ken Mehlman, whose party just lost both chambers of Congress, will leave his position in January, and the post as party chief has been offered to Maryland Lt. Gov. Michael S. Steele.

That would be the man whose last, best hope in his own election was to try to masquerade as a Democrat. Which is actually one of his less sleazy actions.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Abrade is the verb for abrasion, right? I see that abrase is also a verb, but it looks awkward and makes me think it's a backformation.

I'm trying to think of other verbs that make that "d" to "s" shift, and I'm blanking--can any of you guys think of some?

I'm bored enough to paint walls.
