Giles: I'm sure we're all perfectly safe. Dawn: We're safe. Right. And Spike built a robot Buffy to play checkers with. Tara: It sounded convincing when I thought it.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

What's funny was in one of my posts I was going to say "call me nutty," but then I thought it would be like calling me Nutty, and that would just be confusing.

I summoned you for slime!

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Wow. Okay. So I've been extra-allergicky this week, and I've been all "woes!" about it. And just now I realized maybe it's because I've completely forgotten to take any allergy medication this week.

Dear Brain,

You're on notice!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Will someone come beat up my cold for me? It's making me want to do nothing except sleep, but it's also making it impossible for me to sleep, since being horizontal and breathing are currently unmatchy things.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Well, it looks like I might be getting out of doing all the T-Day cooking. My cousin's new wife (they got married a year ago - I didn't like her at first, but she has really come through for my mom lately) is hosting T-Day at their place and has invited us. Now to convince the family.

This is the same gal that let me crash at their place while mom was in the hospital post-transplant. She gets big brownie points even if she is a Giants fan.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I got to see Brooke Shields speak last night. She was keynote speaker at a dinner for a community mental health treatment center and she is a warm, funny, fantastic speaker.

And she's quite lovely.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

She was keynote speaker at a dinner for a community mental health treatment center and she is a warm, funny, fantastic speaker.

Huh. Is she sort of an activist on postpartum depression or something?

Is she sort of an activist on postpartum depression or something?

She was invited because of her book but she said this was her first time really going out and speaking specifically about it to an audience--besides promoting the book.

She sat in on a panel discussion and everything. It was sort of cool. I hope she really does continue with the advocacy. She's really good at it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good for Brooke!

BAD for Joe's job. Sorry, you guys. Hope something better comes along. Stupid work.

Aimee, I'm sorry. I hope Joe finds something else soon.
