I'd quote from it, but taking a quote out of context really changes the tone of the piece....

CNN is saying Virginia has gone to Webb.
The House and the Senate?
Okay, since it's clearly Christmas, I want a pony, a new job, three months off to work on my writing, a trip to Thailand to climb, to lose 15 lbs, and a new wardrobe.
Bones made me want to go to Vegas and to do naighty things to DB.
Of course, so does looking at linoleum.
I'd like to echo what Lee said about Bones I forget how pretty bruised and battered can be
Hmm. I got Bones on tape, but I'mwondering if there's any point in watching as I've already seen the Angel episode "The Ring."
Hee! I didn't get much done last night, but I did get Bones watched. The plot didn't do much for me, but there was plenty of pretty to watch, including Deschanel all glammed up -- she really can look glamorous, though I understand why we rarely see the character that way.

This is right. (I've taught weighted voting in a couple times before. When it asks for the quota like that, it means "What's the smallest number of votes that one side can get and still have more than the other side?" And yeah, the dummy is 13, and no one has veto power.)
Oh...I see you guys worked it out. YAY! Don't have to change the answer. W00T!
Thanks again for all the help!

You could change it if you wanted. "None of these voters deserve veto power. The veto rests in the capable hands of Jack Bauer. WHO ARE YOU VOTING FOR?!?"

I was talking to Deena on the phone yesterday and complaining about all this. I was all, "Now this is a case of when-will-I-ever-use-this-again?! I should write that! I should write that I'm never going to use this again, so I'm not going to do it now.
"Oh, wait. I'm a grade whore. I'll do it now and on the exam, but NEVER AGAIN!"

That's it, vw! Stick it to 'The Man'!
(Ok, so I've been watching Colbert interview Sharpton again.)
