You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Three already, and was Chafee considered in play? I'm still crossing my fingers for Webb. Fucking Greens.

"Vote for Webb! Now there's a man who loves his vegetables!"

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Honestly, I suspect it was what prompted me to thank the republican campaigner dude.

Aww! Yay. And yeah, I am all sap about my polling place and its Navajo speaking volunteers and helping blind little old ladies and aww.

And also...

Green chile in EVERYTHING.

I was about to say those exact words. Mmm, green chile.

Also also, still bitter about missing TDS, which is not even being tivoed for me. Blast it.

Also also also, I really need to find some updated info on the Navajo Nation election. Last I heard, Lovejoy was losing, but I don't really know.

Librarian Warlord

I'm still crossing my fingers for Webb.

As am I, while I hold my nose with the other hand. There were no inspiring choices in that race. My mother reported that she voted for Webb (I figure this cancels out my father's vote, b/c he probably went with Allen). Their county did vote with electronic voting machines, no paper receipt, so I wonder if a re-count will change the numbers.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Pretty much this, yeah. CNN is still showing it too close to call with over 98% in -- the remaining votes look like they're scattered around a thousand here and a thousand there, mostly in places that are going heavily for Webb, but no so heavily that they can predict.

Oy.

Oh! And non-congressy good news -- the South Dakota abortion ban should go down, and all the minimum wage raises I could find passed.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

the South Dakota abortion ban should go down

Ooh. Cool.

Ah, good stuff. Been watching TDS and hadn't seen that. Have tabs on all the networks waiting for someone to call the Senate so I can go to bed. Not likely soon I fear.

I think I'm going to bed without waiting for the Senate to be called....

ION, my stress level has gone down since yesterday....

Looks like Dems will take the majority of the Gov. races.

Plus, I think no matter who wins Virginia, it's going to an automatic recount.
