Poop, the other guy won for Governor of Florida. I kinda figured it would go that way, but always hopeful me.

Chris Matthews on MSNBC was just wondering, "Why do people in the Northeast hate Bush so much? The rest of the country doesn't, so why do they?" Ummm, I don't think so, otherwise the Repubs would be winning more seats in Congress in "the rest of the country".
Tivo/DVR alert -- you have to manually record TDS/Colbert tonight, because it's a special.
I was just coming in to post that!
Darn it, now I have to think of something else to say.
We have to have something to say, now?
Mmm, yeah, voter fraud. When Diebold loves Bush and in my state there are all sorts of underhanded (but not necessarily legally challengeable) things.
Frankly, if republican campaigner are tying up dem voter complaint lines, or producing voter-confusing lit that people might follow, or importing out of staters to campaign...well, I hate it, it's tacky and shitty, but any voter who is stymied by that...um. I have little sympathy. Sucks if it wins, for me, but hey, by the people, even if they are terminally stupid. Which is how I am not ruler of the world.
If I were ruler, terminally stupid would not be an option. And yet, I'm pro-compulsory voting, provided there is a N/A option.
I didn't think Davis would win, I don't think I saw a campaign ad for him.
I hope that he's somehow marginally better than JEB!
Katherine Harris lost though. So far I think she's gotten 38% of the votes, I didn't think she'd get that much. Now we have to look forward to her book about the true nature of what went on during her campaign and about the Republican conspiracy against her.
Poop, the other guy won for Governor of Florida.
He's the guy who was ducking the President while Bush was campaigning for him, right?
I voted. It was fast and easy.
But, I am a bit confused. There is a polling place at the library that is quite literally right next door. Like 30 paces away. But that's not where I vote. I vote 1/2 mile away. Not far, I realize, but not right next door, either.
I live in Chicago. I vote and post multiple times.
