Right, but I'd assume you'd have to do something with the paper ballot so it can be counted later if there's an issue. What's to prevent someone from printing multiple ballots?
Well, it prints a copy like a receipt and also an internal copy that you can view through a window. Or so I understand.
As to Trudy's question, nothing, really, except the fact that it can potentially be exposed, which is still a giant step forward from the current situation.
I've done ka-chunk
and paper.
I guess I like my ballots like I like my music...old school.
I've got one green , because the Dem that will win, doesn't really represent me. But we have a huge bunch of justices that I have no info on - so I can't vote. And I was looking at our city council. 2 have statements and the 2 that don't are certifiable. ( one talks about aliens and dead horses. the other is against everything)
the other is against everything
No matter who or what commenced it?
I think, on principle, if we went to paperless Diebolds I'd start voting absentee. And if enough people walked in, sang three bars of Alice's Restaurant, and walked out...
OK, is anyone else really stressed-out about this election?
Among other things.
I guarantee if the GOP keeps either house of Congress, Bush will be talking "mandate". Again.
I don't know. After Ted Haggard got into trouble this weekend when his mandates were disclosed, people may stop using the word for a while.
I have reached the end of the internets, and I still have an hour left to go.
Send help.
I have the same problem, shrift.
I should be writing up meeting note. Bleh.
I'm refreshing my inbox and hoping someone gives me work to do. And that's just
sick and wrong.
Guess the logo. Harder than it sounds.
