Thanks, Airstream. I'm hoping that getting off the prednisone will yield some results. It's a shame, as for the two months prior she was doing wonderfully!
The last time I needed cold meds with pseudoephedrine, I was able to buy two boxes, but I had to show my ID and pay for it separately from the rest of the things I was buying. Not what you want to deal with when you're sick.
dang, this smoked turkey salad I bought is CRAZY. I'm gonna have to bring some bread for a sandwich in tomorrow because just eating it straight is far too intense. It's turkey, chipolte, pecans, and dried cherries. BANANAS!
I got a call that they're putting together an offer for the job I interviewed for.
Now my stomach hurts. It will have to be a hella offer to make me give up my parking/freedom/9-6 hours.
I just need to earn more money. But I love my current benefits.
This is so difficult.
To be followed with "Joan Crawford." Which has some amazingly goofy lyrics....
There is a video for "Joan Crawford Has Risen From the Grave" incidentally. Probably on YouTube.
Huh. I'll have to look for that.
Ok- now I am watching the video to "Mr. Roboto"! You people.....
Also, for some reason I didn't realize that REM was popular enough to have a video in 1988 (the copyright date for the video of Stand I just saw). I remember friends having bootlegs of REM and Indigo Girls in 1989. Perhaps they weren't available in my small town.

Hopefully the package they offer you will have good benefits too.

Oh, I remember REM's videos from the mid-to-late 80s.
Sophia, did you see where I linked to Scooby Road in the Buffy/Angel thread?

I don't know about chipotle with bananas.
Allyson, better to have options to weigh.
Much 'ma to you Allyson.
My boss (sob) is in the middle of negotiations for what is just about the perfect job for her. If they can agree on money today (and she'll be taking a hit, even at what she's proposing), she'll be giving notice today.
Nooooooo!
Except it really is perfect for her, so I can't really begrudge it. In fact, I helped her put together her counter offer.
