The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

We had a message on our answering machine from Hillary Clinton.

I've had several from Bill.

Hey - monitor lizard. That just occured to me.

Ow. No punning before coffee.

In my office I have some Happy Meal toys and stuff that, if it went missing, I wouldn't care too much. But the only thing that actually has vanished is a cheap little box from India that I kept rubber bands in. Odd choice.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The questions on our ballet were filled with so much legal babble that I can barely figure out what voting yes or no means for each one.

The questions on our ballet were entirely about Balanchine and Najinsky.

information libertarian

Herah's 6 year olds are SIX!!!

Here there's a vicious district attorney race because of the Duke lacrosse case. I still have not decided if I'll vote in it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Ow. No punning before coffee.

It was totally accidental!

(That makes it OK, right?)

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Nothing's too hotly contested here, except the aforementioned State Comptroller's race, which, who really cares?

Oh, I know. I want to vote for the other guy because (1) I don't know what the comptroller does, therefore it must make no difference to my life so (2) it would screw up Elliott Spitzer's plans just to replace Hevesi with his own crony.

The questions on our ballet were entirely about Balanchine and Najinsky.

Just one more reason I wish I were living in San Francisco.

Thrive to spite them

I've seen mostly ads for GA elections. And a few Charlie Crist ads, his new one claims that Davis will increase our taxes by ONE BILLION DOLLARS! and some other stuff, I usually turn it off before they actually get to Crist's pictue. That man needs to step AWAY from the tanning beds.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, I know. I want to vote for the other guy because (1) I don't know what the comptroller does, therefore it must make no difference to my life so (2) it would screw up Elliott Spitzer's plans just to replace Hevesi with his own crony.

He's the state's accountant! What could be more vital?? OK, if you're not in the state pension system, I don't know that it does make any difference in your life, but Hevesi HAS A DOCTORATE.
