Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

oy. Kids have decided to start playing with modeling clay, so it looks like I won't be uploading the pictures quite yet. Modeling clay requires supervision.

Happy Birthday CaBil!

I'd forgotten all about The OC starting back up again. I have no shame—Ben McKenzie doing the Tyler Durden thing is enough to get me watching.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Happy B-day!

I'm watching the NYC marathon on the teevee, which I've never done. It's surprisingly interesting-- I actually just paused it to go make tea. A friend is running at a 7:15 pace-- hardly a leader, but I can hardly run one mile at a 10 minute pace!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthday, CaBil!

I had an awesome amount of awesome sleep last night, and now feel (unsurprisingly) awesome.

I was going to go outside to watch the marathon, but I think that's not actually going to happen. I've never seen it live, and this year I have a friend running, but I'm so lazy! My friend is planning on running 10 minute miles, which would put him in my neighborhood around 1, apparently, so I guess there's still a chance I'll head over there.

If I had a Segway, I would ride that down there.

Okay, I know it's best to have the laundry out on the button. I'm already about fifteen minutes over. Calling the apartment manager instead of dumping it into the basket on top of the dryer?

People are insane.

What is even happening?

Jesse, the image of you taking a Segway to a marathon cracks me up.

It would let me see over the crowd and everything!
