Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am watching perhaps the worst movie ever, Driven.

And why? Because it started immediately after a race ended and the swoopy cars are like heroin, I tell you.

Help me, Buffistas! Help me, Jesus! Help me, Jewish God! Help me, Tom Cruise!

I thought about watching that, Cass, but ended up going with Blade.

Now tagless for your comfort.

We were watching college football--Go Ball State (even though they lost, they gave Michigan a run for their money)!

Now Liv and I are downstairs--she's playing with blocks and I'm trying to find an interesting alternative to LJ.

DH is finishing off the pizza and watching more football while waiting for Owen to wake up from his nap.

When you're racing - it's life. Anything that comes before or after is just waiting.

Hmmm. I really wanna watch racecar movies now. Or movies with cars that go really really fast. My guilty pleasure - Gone in 60 Seconds. Eleanor is just too awesome and was recently listed for sale in AutoWeek. If only. ::sigh::

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm baking good stuff downstairs and queuing up Ep 2 of Torchwood to watch while I eat it.

I have3 made 52 chocolate espresso cookies (I got fancy and added a little cinnamon.) For my next trick, I will make soft ginger bread cookies. Not sure if the same number, though.

And man, I hate chopping chocolate.

I really only like the cars in this one. And that Paul Page announces the racing sequences. And Michael Andretti and Paul Tracy almost getting together in the pits. Pretty much any bits that don't have Sylvester Stallone or Frank Williams Burt Reynolds.

It's really just awful. Except for the cars.

Definitely agree. Have you ever seen Le Mans? That's a true racing movie.
