I'm so sorry, but if it makes you feel any better, my fun-time-Buffy party night involved watching a robot throw Spike through a window, so if you want to trade... no wait, I wouldn't give up that memory for anything.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

wow, what a rip off, It will cost me $150 to transfer 15,000 miles to my brother. And that is the max I can give him - that is useless.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

msbelle, is your brother going with you? that would be cool.

What is even happening?

Good morning, aurelia. I hope you got some sleep.

I was wondering about LJ, too. A power implosion sounds a little Hellmouthy.

I hope you feel better, soon, msbelle.

Kristen, if you're around, did you, by any chance, save a copy of Pruitt's The Knight's Tale (or whatever the frak he called it)? I thought I had, but the folder where I thought it lived only has a bunch of java scripts and gif files.

Wow. Haven't thought of that in ages. That was a special day of crazy, that day.

we will now use the iPod to hold some DVD entertainment for mac.

Sweet!

Amen. There were days of the crazy, although it was especially crazy when Joss and Fury were posting. I don't even remember what made me look for it, this morning. I've been reading the VIP archives of it (but that came about in the search for the parable thingie). I was only a lurker, then.

I swear I remember Pruitt saying he had a "toilet fungus named 'Michelle'." I haven't come across that anywhere, though. Did Apollo delete some stuff?

eta...found fungus thing. It was months after the May meltdown. September 18, 2000.

Poor Neil Patrick Harris -- he's 33 years old, and what, 13-15 years removed from Doogie, yet what does CNN use as a headline? 'Doogie Howser' star comes out -- with pride.

Cindy, I found a link to "The Parabal of a Knight" via the Wayback Machine.

It was sort of fascinating to watch it unfold on the site, but then it got to a point where I was like, OK, you might want to take care of this off the boards? Which I think I might have actually posted, come to think of it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Poor Neil Patrick Harris -- he's 33 years old, and what, 13-15 years removed from Doogie, yet what does CNN use as a headline? 'Doogie Howser' star comes out -- with pride.

AND he has a current awesome role! It's not like it's Max Casella or some shit.

Why oh why does my cat insist on waking me up at 8:30 on the weekend? He doesn't need anything from me! I think tonight he's kicked out of the bedroom, because I NEED MY SLEEP.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

And Michael J. Fox will always be Alex Keaton to some people. I guess if you get to watch an actor grow up in a role, it's "stickier" than some others, even if you've won a ton of awards and starred in box office smashes.
