If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh come on. I can't be the only one who woke up craving bacon and waffle ice cream this morning. Bacon and avocado? NSM.

They didn't tell them where (or to who) they'd be serving the ice cream ahead of time, so I actually thought the people who went with the more traditional stuff - i.e. Cliff - were actually taking a bigger risk.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I have not yet watched, so I'm not reading the whitefont yet, but it sounds to me like Ming Tsai should have guested this week instead!

If Ming had seen the hot pants, he might have passed out.

Punishingly Intricate

I think that Cliff had the right idea though. "What do I like in ice cream?" That's would I would have done I think.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yes, he did. Cliff might be my favorite. I feel like he has assholic tendencies, and we just haven't seen them yet.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I can't be the only one who woke up craving bacon and waffle ice cream this morning.

Well, maybe not, but I sure as hell didn't.

I did think that whoever it was that made the avocado ice cream with marshmellows was clever about not telling the kids what it was.

Were they told specifically that it had to be an entree? I didn't catch that.

Not to be all Captain Sav-a-HoHeatmiser, but I think whats-her-name was the one who was totally provoking all that bs. I could see why Marcel was being an ass while she was cooking.

ETA: I also found it very interesting that Elia had worked with him and was backing him up. Though more in theory than in fact so far, as far as I can tell.

Right. If Elia was really backing him, she wouldn't be whispering when she told him that she always defended him

Also, Marcel whines a lot about everything. He bitched and moaned about the fryer, blaming Mikey for dropping the temperature of the oil, as if he'd done it on purpose. Not that I don't think that Betty overreacted, but she a lot of what she said, I agreed with.

Even if Betty was wrong, it was still wrong of Marcel to say that he was trying to throw her off of her game. She left him alone while he was cooking, she was mindful of Sam cooking and asked Marcel to leave it until Sam was done so that he could concentrate, which was nice.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Pie chart humor.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

David, the box arrived -- thank you!!! I am overwhelmed with musicness!

Yay! After you've listened to a few, let me know if you've made any fun discoveries.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Vortex, I noticed that on Bones too! I was also entertained by
Yes and completely! The Hyperion made me smile wistfully and then the muscles made me smile filthily. Good times.

Then I watched Criminal Minds and just got creeped the hell out.
