Could just be a hoax, though. I fake some headaches, everyone gets used to poor helpless Spike. Then one day, no warning, I snap a spine, bend a head back, drain 'em dry. Brilliant.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

connie, I've ahemmed the first two episodes of House, so far. I will check them out this week and report back to you on that matter.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

No, they didn't close it, just changed it to Macy's. It's still there. In fact, Lush is in both downtown Macy/Marshall Fields. As well as the Macy's in Oak Brook.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You have Lushes inside other stores? Very curious.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Mostly liquor stores...

We do. The ones inside Macy's are not as big as the free standing store, though.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It's odd, but much more convenient than the free-standing store. And since it is all about me, they can stay.

I agree with this entire statement.

I bought some bath bombs (avobath, butterball, black pearl) from the Oak Brook store last weekend.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I just ound out that our library has online renewals. There is no longer any excuse for any more late library fees. This is freakin' awesome.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I understand that Macy's is doing or has done the same to Marshall Field's in Chicagoland.

Also Rich's in Atlanta. I hate them.

My library has online renewals. This does not keep me from having late fees.
