I made from-scratch applesauce-spice cake with raisins this weekend. It came out looking kinda brown and organic-like, but it was subtly sweet and flavorful, so I'm not complaining! (Well, too much.) Too bad there's not going to be enough left of it for breakfast tomorrow....

The spinich noodles have a peanut sauce! They're both yummy! Curry does sound good tonight though.
