Actually, no. Mesa with my mother was with people from her job, so no drinking (or maybe a glass of wine). I've had the margaritas there with other people, sitting at the bar. But not for a long time -- I'm pretty sure the last time I was there, you could still smoke in part of the bar area!

I like the article, too. Brain nearly went 'splodey (it was going to anyway from clogged sinuses), but I think the last little bit about black hole computers saved the day.

As a side note, some Rhode Islanders call Rhode Island clam chowder raunchy chowder, because it looks more like dirty water than broth.

Seeing as Manhattan Clam Chowder was invented in Rhode Island, it wouldn't surprise me if Rhode Island Clam Chowder was invented in Canada.
