And I myself will be wearing pink taffeta as chenille would not go with my complexion.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Are there any particular vitamins/minerals that help bruises heal faster?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

(When Steve Wozniak was on the Colbert Report a few weeks ago, the lower third during the intro segment said "10 NAIL 20 GOTO 10" and I laughed and laughed and laughed. And then I wondered how many of his audience missed it completely because Comedy Central skews young?)
So did I! So funny.

Arnica is supposed to help. Ingested or topical.

Thanks, Cass. Do I need to look in a health/natural foods place or will a Walgreen's be likely to have it?

They might. But it's a homeopathic thing so maybe a store with a slightly more granola section. Whole Foods and such would definitely have it in both gel and the tablets.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Do they make sure that things aren't reacting with each other?

Well, it's the one doctor prescribing it all. I just don't want to take it.

Today is not a good medical day for me anyway. I should go lie down again. Kettlebell was a fiasco of embarassing proportions--my joints are killing me, my head won't stop hurting, and I swear the food in my stomach is never going to digest. I feel subhuman.

I'm so sorry, ita. Would a bath help?

A bath is more than I can handle right now. Maybe when the tremors stop.

Right. Lying down. For reals.

Hey, Kat! Long time no read.
