You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

Hubby's got an old Atari box because his favorite game only plays on it. I'm not sure where the cartridge is that actually has the game. But it doesn't take up that much room, and someday he'll look at it and say, "OK, enough's enough."

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

shrift look for excedrine migrane, 2 pain killers plus caffine - sometimes knocks them down at the early stages

101 Most Influential People Who Never Lived -- fictional characters who have had the most impact on real life. (Article here.)

I'm endlessly amused that Batman is #60, while Superman is #64. And, of course, Buffy beat them both by a wide margin, coming in at #44.

They left out "George Bush's Brain."

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Hmph -- the Ugly Duckling and Loch Ness Monster are not "people."

(Also, I doubt that the Marlboro Man has been more influential than Santa Claus.)

I HAVE SERIOUS DOUBTS ABOUT THE RESEARCH METHODS BEHIND THIS SO-CALLED "LIST."

They're arguing that the Marlboro Man led to many people dying of cancer.

mr. flea sold my vintage 1995 mac 520 laptop the other week for $10. We found the receipt with it: $1469. Now that's depreciation!

That's a weird list.

At first, I read "Dr. Frankenstein's Monster" as "Dr. Frankenstein's MOTHER," and I couldn't figure out why she was so important, and how I missed out on that influential bit of pop culture history.
