DH knows me well enough to toss that thing into the recycling bin before I see it if he gets the mail.
Well, then! Thank goodness for the Internet.
The flatware stockings are obviously too cute not to get.
You know, I think I agree. I forgot that I already have snowmen place-mats. I'm not sure I need more.
Oh, and Allyson! Yay! Our family is, apparently, going to my brother and SIL's for Christmas. Mom and Dad said they'd buy my ticket, so Buffistas are being spoiled all around!
I was at Fontana when Greg Moore was killed in the CART race ('99? I don't want to google it.) and it was just horrible. Fenders make for a *lot* less chance of being hurt in a crash.
Yeah, I was right behind Bob Aiken when he crashed (he died a few hours later) at Road Atlanta in 2002 in a Nissan GTP car. After that, my dad sold the GTP cars. And, it really sealed the deal for no openwheel racing.
Kathy A. -- that's the slowest shark I ever did see!

People race cars?
I'm not to sure how to respond to that ;)
So the money I've been socking away for plane fare can now be earmarked for nephew spoilage!
Nephew spoilage is the BEST. Yay dad!

Yikes! No open wheel is a good family rule.
Does Road Atlanta still have that red, red clay soil everywhere? Our cars would start off white... Didn't so much end up that way.
Cindy, it's like I don't even
know
you anymore...

Oh yeah! It's unavoidable. One of my brothers had a little mishap there awhile back. The entire tub of the car was red. The car is yellow. We just took a hose to it and washed it out.

That reminds me. I need to figure out what I'm getting for my nephew. He's turning 2 on Wednesday.
