It's good to have cargo. Makes us a target for every other scavenger out there, though, but sometimes that's fun too.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Since I'm from Michigan I'll probably root for the Tigers in the World Series. I don't usually watch the series, but I figure I should check out at least one game, just for the sheer rarity of seeing the Tigers there. It's like Haley's Comet.

Our wings are not tired.

I decided that I want the Cardinals to win. It was my first inclination.

Snowballs!

My step-dad just sent me pictures of my Otter Lake place covered in snow. They are heading back to Florida on Monday. Early snow for them this year.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Congrats, Jessica!

Just back from the Stop Cancer fundraiser at krav. It was...I am proud to have been associated with it, proud enough that I paid the $49 admission fee in order to assist.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Congratulations, Jessica!

I decided that I want the Cardinals to win.

Excellent choice.
