What I need is a mortgageometer!
My leg/hamstring/whatever is significantly better this morning, even if it's still twingey. I'm being WAY careful with walking and stuff.

Looks like my rent is just a few dollars over the low rent range, so I'm doing pretty good, even though I just moved here a few months ago!
I wonder if I didn't reinjure my original injury yesterday?
I found an old wrap that I had and wrapped my knee with it and then hobbled to the corner store. (Can't do without tp.)
My plan for today - involves resting my leg while watching the MI-5 marathon on A&E.
I would like to know where that Rentometer gets its data. I know I'm paying less than you could likely get this apartment for right now, but more than most of my neighbors in the building are paying, thanks to rent stabilization.
I think they base their data on what's submitted. That's why they're asking for your address and not just your city and your rent.
Did I mention I met with a realtor yesterday and I'm going to look at houses today? Eeek! It's pretty exciting, but a little overwhelming too.
Oh, that is exciting!
I hope you have good househunting weather. (It's gray and rainy here today.)
Sue, that's great! Good luck to you.
Thanks, it's actually very cold and blustery, but we'll be inside most of the time.
Good luck, Sue!

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Which, in a neighborhood like mine, would definitely drive the "average" way up. Somehow, I don't think the old ladies or the families with little kids are spending a lot of time online.
