You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I may have to go pick up some Guiness rocket bottles or cans now.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Psst, Nora! if you're ever in DC try the Brickskeller - it has a beer list that's something like eight pages long in tiny type. Food's negligible, but excellent selection of beers.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

There's a Beer Alert? Is this another thing we have to thank Homeland Security for?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

For me, the point of these beverages are as caffeine and/or alcohol delivery systems. If I'm not looking for caffeine and/or alcohol in my beverage, I'm going to drink something else. I don't experience any psychosomatic benefits just from the taste alone.

This is me, though I don't care for beer, so I am more like ita IRT hard alchohol.

Was late to work this morning because of a malfunctioning traffic light sensor. Was waiting at a light behind a truck, cross-traffic stops, car across the way makes a left turn, and then cross-traffic starts again. Truck in front moves up, thinking (logically) they must have stopped too far back.

A few minutes later, the same thing happens. Thankfully, truck driver was smart enough to take a right turn on the red at so I wasn't stuck. I followed him, hit a left and took the long way around.

Found a parking spot, rushed to the building to find someone fumbling with their badge in front of the time clock. Oy. When she dropped it again, I apologized and reached over her to punch myself in while she was picking it up. I don't think she appreciated it, but I really don't need another "talk" about my work hours either.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I have Ben & Jerry's Black and Tan ice cream in my freezer, but it's not really all that stouty.

No, but it is tasty.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Their Bohemian Beer Garden alert dates from Saturday. I am impressed.

Well, if you're in the area you should really try the Brewer's Art in Baltimore which has both amazing beer AND great food.
