Oh thank goodness -- there's this stupid thing at work that I've been giving myself a ridiculous complex about (a combination of nobody told me they wanted that done, plus singing the praises of my predecessor), and I think I can get rid of the complex now -- I started doing it AND the big boss complimented me on it. Phew!! Now to make sure part 2 is done by the time she gets back in the office on Monday.
