Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ooh, I like Nora's idea! At the very least, your next job will have a higher percentage who show up for meetings and/or tell you they can't make it ahead of time.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Sorry to hear such shitty news, ita. Hope you get a much better, more happy-making job very soon.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Hm. You can stay with me, and then you'll get a job!

It worked last time.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Well, fuck, ita.

That sucks, blows, and does other things unprintable.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Yeesh, ita, it still bums me out. I hope at least your next job is less of a commute. And what the hey, might as well hope for higher pay and better benefits while I'm at it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Some practical stuff, ita.

You can apply for unemployment a week after your last day. You can do it online.

I'm going to figure you were making more than me on this job than I was on my last one, so you'll be at the top of the unemployment scale.

That's worth $900 every two weeks for six months. Just something to factor in while you're looking at your finances.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Get some rest.
