Are you eating enough for lunch and/or drinking enough water?

Yeah. Although I suppose it could be what I'm eating. Maybe I should look for trends....

Today I had a Filet-o'-Fish, fries and diet coke. But lately I've been avoiding McDs more than usual.

Ooh -- I can go get some water myself. That will waste some time. And then later I can go pee, thereby wasting even more time!

I have to say, I'd never thought I'd see that stated as a means of passing time....

It's such a crazy plan, it just might work.

It's totally my old standby from super-boring jobs. You can waste half the day just with water! Even better if you run into people on your way to or from the kitchen or bathroom.

I'm not even joking.

That's really.....well, I'm not sure what that is.

Was told today that people cannot leave work until all projects due are complete for the day. Even if new jobs are added that weren't planned for and even if half the day is wasted waiting for approvals. and no, I can't now pad schedules because we are forever delayed because of other people.

I said I might start looking for a new job.

I think that was the proper response.

Are they insane?!

well I can leave because I can log on from home.

I am not sure how I'd account for the water time on my timesheets.

Their expectations aregetting a wee bit unreasonable.
