Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

They must just be beside themselves!

Oh yeah. My mom called me the other day to discuss my nephew's fear of the potty. We had a half hour conversation about poop. My mom has been replaced with Grammie-bot.

I napped all evening. Which was nice. But now I don't wanna recap and I really should or I'll hate myself tomorrow. Feh.

Allyson, would it help to answer it jokingly? I mean, I can imagine what you would say if someone asked you that in person, and I think you'd be self-deprecating (because that's a given) but it would end up with "this is why people at least recognize my name, even if it's because they think I'm a jerk." I dunno, I guess that's just how I would approach it, but I revel in my jerky reputation.

Oh! My mom saw Mo "Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus!" Willems at the National Book Festival today. She said he was entertaining even for people who are slightly older than 3.

I revel in my jerky reputation as well. Someone asked me that question the other day, and I said, "because I'm charming."

I felt like a jackass.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I went out to dinner with Emily, and then made her try some of my good tequila without any mixer, but she didn't like it, so now I am drinking it.

Poor me.

Right now I have Patron Silver and Tres Generaciones Anejo, and I like both a lot.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That's not how we think of Mo around our house. We used to actively troll Nicktoons to nab his The Offbeats faux Peanuts shorts.
