bon bon - when I had that happen, it ended up being eye-strain which was cured by bifocals. 38 with bifocals. Wheeeeeeeeeeee!
I get the eye twitch when I'm tired and/or stressed.
bon bon is a Cylon - pass it on
I had my upper eyelid twitching for five weeks once. Made me want to hurt people. Stress and lack of potassium are causes, apparently. I think it was potassium, anyway.
Recently vision in my good eye has sometimes been blurry around three o'clock or so. I was afraid it was stress of my having to rely entirely on that eye for computer work, but my opthalmologist told me that I'm getting close to the point where I'll need bifocals (the eye was just getting tired). She also told me to relax the eye periodically when at work by looking at objects further away than my monitor.
Stress makes sense; I don't know why I didn't think of that. But I'll also try the far-away focus thing. And bananas.
I can't do fine needlework anymore because it has to be closer than my current glasses can focus. I'd have gotten bifocals with these last glasses--I'm 45--except I can still read without having to hold the book (too) far away.
It's an insanely quiet day here (b.org here and work here). For your amusement, todays librarian cartoon.
