Sara, sometimes you can bend the prongs of the plug a little bit so they're not quite parallel - this creates extra friction which might keep the plug in.

Is is just me, or is the recent "legalizing torture" thing far more scary than most all the other crap the Bush admin. has pulled? It seams to me that this latest line that's been crossed has extra-scary implications about the state of our democracy....
