We have no roosters. Pretty noisy with birds in the morning at this time of year though. The parrots and doves are the only ones I can identify by sound. Lots of seasonal birds that have fled the cold north too. And I could hear them because I slept with the windows open again. Whee! 3 days in a row. Will need to close up soon because it is already getting warm.
I didn't mean to be up this early. I thought it was 8:30 so I got up to make coffee and do a few chores before watching my morning tv show. I finally plopped down on the sofa ready to chill and it was 8:00 not 9:00. This is the first time that I have ever FORGOT the time change. This is like my favorite day of the year and I missed it!
So glad I didn't skip! So happy for Steph and the L word! So cute and sweet.
Fun party last night. Pictures here: [link] The beginning pics are pictures of the apartment, for those who have been patiently waiting for them. Then party pics.
For those who just want to see unhappy cuteness, go straight here: [link]
Pictures! The woodwork and floors in your apartment are lovely. Well, and the people too.
Great pics, vw! And I adore your new place.

The Nietzsche Family Circus
So the time changed? We don't do that here, but I should remember for calling my parents and friends.
On the way home this morning, we saw a 5ft. long iguana sunning himself on the highway! We and another car stoped and honked until he ran (really fast!) back into the grass.
Iguanas are so surprising and pretty. We have a bunch of them around the lake. They can be agressive and nasty though, watch out.
I'm at the airport waiting at my gate. I have about an hour and a half before the plane takes off, but I like knowing I'm through security and can just settle in.
Where are you going sj? (yes, I skip)
To Dallas to visit T and the nephews.
