Teenagers with legwarmers under dresses and skirts=adorable. The LA style of short flowy tunics over legwarmers for adults=fashion mistake

I am seeing more and more of this on grown women out for a Saturday night, and it is NOT GOOD.
Robin, that first one is hideous. The second doesn't bother me as much, but I like simple black stuff.
But overall I agree that teenagers are the only ones who should make this a regular part of their fashion. (Because they really are so damned cute in their little uniforms and their leggings. Really!)
hides leggings behind gauchos, ballet flats, and puff sleeved blouses
Heh. Mind you, I never stopped wearing ballet flats. And I think leggings are fine, as long as you wear them under a dress or skirt, with boots that hide the fact that they're leggings.
Question of the weekend - what music do you clean to?
Well, today it was the streaming audio of the new unreleased My Chemical Romance album (which comes out next week), because I'm just a wee bit obsessed. Other days it's Placebo, or Zombina and the Skelletones.
It is more fun to imagine laura wearing leg warmers on her chin like a beard
I clean to musicals. Usually
Chicago
is my favorite.
Matilda attempting a face palm and winds up approximating Munch's The Scream
I
would
be jealous of brenda brunching with Lee and Nicole except we just got back from brunch with Juliana and Emily.
I am pretty sure the other cereal is Yummy Mummy, actually.
And I think leggings are fine, as long as you wear them under a dress or skirt, with boots that hide the fact that they're leggings.
I would never EVER dream of wearing them without such, unless I were exercising.
thinks....
What do you wear when exercising, my Goth Queen?
Would it be wrong, wrong, wrong of me to go out for supper by myself at a Chinese restaurant here in town this evening, then tomorrow beg Daniel to take me to the much nicer Chinese restaurant in a neighboring town? Or would that be just wrong?
ETA: Matilda's short-armed face-palm = tres cute.
