Buffy. When I saw you stop the world from, you know, ending, I just assumed that was a big week for you. Turns out I suddenly find myself needing to know the plural of 'apocalypse.'

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Hee. Laura, your pictures of Florida were lovely. What a view! I'd give you one of my own but flickr is being a bitch to me.

I'm trying to decide if I want to go to yoga tonight or to a GLBT youth/women's thing at the local GLBT community centre. I need to be, like, proactive and stuff. With my life.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

hi!

(I have read everything, but now I can't think of any of the stuff I wanted to say. )

What is even happening?

MARTHA STEWART WILL BE LEADING ARTS AND CRAFTS PROJECTS IN THE MATH LAB, AND WE WILL BE MAKING HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS FOR THE WOMEN OF THE EASTERN STAR HOME!!!

Leonard Nimoy. And Martha Stewart. At my school this month. WTF bizzaro universe did I teleport to?!?

Not just that, babe. Eastern Star is a Masonic organization for women. Between Nimony, Stewart, and the Eastern Star, you could write an all time best selling Sci-Fi/Demon/Conspiracy thriller and never have to work, again.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

The challenge is to find a dose that has an anti-inflammatory effect but does not make patients high, Wenk said.

Cause heaven forbid a treatment for a serious chronic medical condition has any pleasant side effects. @@

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Hi! Apparently I am Lee, with the reading and forgetting.

Except that I'm sorry David is sick. Better-ma to you.

And I love Emo and Switch. And that Em calls them killys.

I need to make it clear to my husband and children that I am willing to accept that pesky side affect of getting high if it is found that pot will treat whatever disease I am suffering from.

Right? Getting high=a side effect I can live with. Yep.

He even called me to taunt me over sharing a bed with one I find particularly cute. Brat

Ha! I love that. Also, waves to Laura, hi! Lovely to see your font again.

I told my mom to back off, and omg she did!

Excellent.

Emo and Switch made me laugh and laugh. Switch is adorable. As is, Em, of course.

I finally caught up reading, but my commentary only manages to go back a few posts. It's all the gronk, is what it is.

Am in Florida (Pensacola) visiting relatives. The one I thought was sickest is actually doing amazingly well. The one I thought was sort of OK is doing dreadfully. Trying to juggle and deal with family dymanics down here=ghnyar. Now is the time when I wish for the magic wand with which I could bend all to my will, for, lo, I am wise. Dammit.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

MARTHA STEWART WILL BE LEADING ARTS AND CRAFTS PROJECTS IN THE MATH LAB, AND WE WILL BE MAKING HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS FOR THE WOMEN OF THE EASTERN STAR HOME!!!

This was even more exciting the first couple of times I read it, because I kept reading "math lab" as "meth lab."

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I told my mom to back off, and omg she did! And said she understood and would try to be more supportive! I mean, I think that will last until next month when she opens my credit card statements again, but still! Minute progress.

Yay, SA! If you stay consistent with telling her to back off, she will eventually get it.

Cute kitty!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hee. Hi, all! (especially Laura, cause it sounds like her old age will be All About The Chronic).

REad the last 100 posts here -- totherwise, I haven't been on since OCtober 6th. End of the quarter + no at-home internet makes Erin very grey indeed. But today is parent-teacher conferences (7:30 am to 8 pm -- yargh) so I can actually TALK on the internet. Craxy.

So how's everybody doing? Anything exciting, etc. that hasn't been on Beep Me or Press? How's the AutumnWeenie?

I've been busy, busy, busy with school and I've been working with my dad on straightening up my finances.

I've come up with my Halloween costume.

I cut about 5 inches off my hair.

I had a steamy one-night stand.

I watched the first 3 episodes of "Oz" (I'd never seen it -- I've also still never seen an episode of "The Sopranos") and liked it very much.

Um....oh!!! I gotta compile the name of people who have sent me books and send 'em pictures and stuff of my library! I have gotten 5 bookshelves donated, a little loveseat, a ratty chair, and a ratty rug, cleaned up all up and Febrezed 'em, and.....I have gotten about 400 books donated! I have a real, albeit economy sized library in my classroom. Hey, in medieval times, it'd be the library of a KING. I'm very excited about it.
