Happy birthdays, meara & JenK!!!!
THEY'RE GOING DOWN!
This does my heart good, it does. They've been such donkey butts.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy Birthday, meara and Jen!
I officially accept the new job in 15 minutes. Part of me thinks I'll be calling in and the HR guy will be all, "Psych!"
This is a done deal now, yes, Calli?
Happy Birthday meara and Jen!
YAY Calli!
EAT IT, Evil Bug Landlords.
Give 'em hell vw! There is no excuse for the paint all over your property. Unreal.
Really enjoyed the San Diego zoo pictures. Also, jealous.
Black coffee:
I am working from home (Ernesto) but just realized that there will be no slacking off watching soap operas because all the local channels have all storm coverage all the time. Poo.
Guess I have to do actual work.

Ditto! I soo miss my annual pass to the WAP. And the CA skies. but not the earthquakes
Welcome Sonus...any woobie of the LAistas is a woobie of the 'right' coast...
Damn, Laura. It sucks when you're practically in the middle of a hurricane and you have to work! Something wrong with that picture.
{{Matt}} Beth, give the guy a big hug from me when he gets home. So happy that August is almost over.
Happy Birthday, Jen and meara!!
And I'm so happy to hear that the bug's landlords are going to get their comeuppance!! Whoo and a major hoo!
Ha! Just talked to Rozi landlord. New people moving in downstairs on the 1st. They might want the couch! WOOT! Won't that be nice and easy!
Guess we won't be going fishing..
Tropical storm conditions expected with hurricane conditions possible. Southeast winds 30 to 35 knots with gusts to around 50 knots increasing to 45 to 50 knots with gusts to around 65 knots after midnight. Seas 6 to 8 feet building to 12 to 14 feet after midnight. Intracoastal waters extremely rough in exposed areas. Rain and isolated thunderstorms in squalls.
One of my two concerns for storm season is my roof. I have a tile roof and the top edge blew off last year in Wilma. It doesn't leak, but it left a gap that would cause the whole thing to blow off if high wind gets in there. Ex-BIL (owns roofing company that put roof on 7 years ago) just called me and said he was sending a crew over to fix it today. He doesn't have the right color tile because of huge shortages, but he'll put grey on and paint the whole thing next week. My current roof isn't painted, but color thru white tile. Of course I have been buggin him for months, but he is coming through for me when really needed. Love ex-BIL.
Yay vw! That will be nice to get off the list.
