It's October. I should be able to take my kids into the back yard without getting eaten alive by mosquitos, yes? Fucking bloodsuckers. I'd prefer a vampire bite. Sure, they kill you--but you don't itch.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
AmyLiz is wise. Teppy is wise. Nora is wise. Cashmere is wise. Matilda is beautiful, and I love when beth posts about beth+Matt.
There now, all skimmed caught up.
Cindy is me.

SO TRUE! Two bites on the walk home from the bus tonight. Blech. It's not nearly as bad here, though, as it was at my cousin's on Sunday. The bugs were out in full force! It was just ick. Although, a couple of the t Jilli font massive spiders were pretty cool.

ION, I'm going to take a stand and say I hate doctors. And then I'm going to go put on my jammies and crawl into bed and never come back out.

(Catching up, catching up)
I've found real love to be more of a startling awareness of someone's significance. It's subtle. The other person simply becomes more real than the rest of the world.
nods
That's it exactly.
With every fiber of my being, I don't want to deal....But I will. Because I really do care about him SO much, and that's what you do in a relationship.
There have been times (and some of them have been pretty recent) where I have told Pete that I don't want to deal with something going on, that I am burnt out. But that I will deal, and that I will do as much as I can. Just don't, y'know, count on a lot of coherency or tact and stuff. And he understands. He's said the same sort of things to me.
Oh Jiiiiiiiilllllllllliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Black Vodka for Halloween.
I have a bottle of it. It's a pity it tastes kinda like printer toner, because it looks great.

Jilli, we told you to stop eating the printer toner.
Owen now has two giant mosquito bites on his forehead. I have several on my feet & ankles. I'm itching like crazy. But we've both taken some Benedryl so I hope it goes away soon.
On top of that, the Chinese take out we got for dinner is making me sort of ill. Feh.
Is Gloomcookie around? And are you IMable? I have a quick question....
Dude, my silly fretting inspired some awesome love-poetry. Rock.
Steph, Boy's statement about obsession is pretty much exactly what my brain is thinking about this. I appreciate the "CHILL"s, especially since my back-in-the-real-world brain had already said it to itself a dozen times.
I'm sorry to hear that Boy is going through some bad times. The power of all those psychological drugs to make life both great, but also shitty, consistently amaze me. Hopefully they'll smooth out in the future.
Personally, I dig being a caretaker.

I'll give you his address, then.
What, that wasn't an offer?
Dang.
Is it just me, or is this a really bad marketing idea?
