I've been told by my sister not to make plans for the 27th (my b-day is the 25th), and when I mentioned that to a friend, it looked like she started nodding before assuming a look of polite interest...so it's possible there are plans in the works. My costume, if such is needed, will take about 4 seconds to don, so I can go with the flow.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Hey, does anyone have any blowdryer recs? I think I'm going to have to buy a new one, since mine seems to be on its last legs.
our wedding anniversary is Halloween, but still! Oooky-spooky gifts for all!)
wanders innocently into the thread. is slain.
And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is why I shall be buckling my swash and girding (or possibly girdling) my loins and swabbing the decks on the good ship Jeeves for the forseeable future.
So. Damned. Adorable.
However, much punctuation to SA and to Nora too.
Hi. It's two am and I can't sleep.
I don't use a blow-dryer. If I did, my hair would be in the style of bozo the clown, and while the eighties are still coming back into fashion, I don't think it will go that far. (Then again, with Sienna Miller, who knows?)
Halloween isn't so big here. I don't know that anyone I know is going to do anything, really.
Oy, Fay, let's pop into Unamericans and talk about Christmas.
Nope. It's y'all that commercialised Hallowe'en. We didn't even do trick-or-treating until fairly recently.
Aw, poor Maria, Mr. Maria and Coco. I'm glad she's better now though. I hope she's giving you lots of love!
I went out to dinner with a potential/new friend. It was nice. I had three glasses of wine and I'm hoping for no dreams tonight.
Er, that was nope to the whole Halloween being big, rather than discussing Christmas. Although actually I'm Not Really Here, and must dash as kids will be surging in through my door any second now...

Are you somehow implying that trick or treating is a BAD thing? Because it was probably my favorite day all year, as a child!!
Okay. If you get the chance later, natch.
I'm already kind of planning a Thankgiving dinner too. Just because I will miss it too badly otherwise.
