Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

I have one of those! I make sure that the To: field is empty now though cause I accidentally sent one once.
For draft e-mails that are about anything semi-serious, the first thing I do is put my own address in the to field (even if it's not a hurt/venty/I'll never send this).

Poor Thanksgiving, the lost holiday.

It was ritually sacraficed. With pie.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

GF's dad is in hospital - has been since Saturday. Don't know what's wrong but it's blood-related and there are many scary possibilities. So we spent the weekend running between hospital and their house as they are also starting demolition on their kitchen TOMORROW and hadn't prepared everything for it. Manual labor + illness worry = No fun. Course actually being in the hospital = even less fun. GF is there again today helping out. I couldn't today because I START SCHOOL TONIGHT!!! Can there be any more stressors on the pile? Also, have forgotten meds all weekend. Must be correcting that.

Oh, GC. {{GC, GC-gf, GC-gf-dad}}

Good luck tonight, and take your meds. One thing at a time.

The status is NOT quo.

GC, I'm SO sorry to hear about GF's father. Vibing for his health...

And yes, please to be taking your meds. This is a very bad time to forget them.

Okay, so I want Halloween to get all the attention all of the time.

Because books.

{{{GC}}} Wow, that's a lot of stressors in one weekend, for you and the GF. And like everyone else said, take your meds!

Also, good luck at school!

Okay, so I want Halloween to get all the attention all of the time.

I admit that I love Christmas, too, because I love to give and receive gifts, but if we turned Halloween into a gift-gifting holiday, I would be a happy, happy girl.

Wait, you mean it isn't? But but but! The stores! Full of spooky goodies! You mean to tell me not everyone gets presents throughout the Halloween season? That's just crazy talk.
